Grants
Grants are made to organizations exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Requests for funding must be made in writing and should include:
- Grant cover sheet for specific request (see below)
- A concise description of the project for which funds are requested
- A copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) tax exempt status letter from the IRS. Requests should be mailed to:
